May Challenge


My goal is to work out daily during the month of May.

Here's today's workout with my personal trainer:

Walking lunges for the length of a room x 2

Box jumps x 25

Sledge runs with 45 lbs x 2

Squats and arm presses

All done three times

Then I did arms and abs...

Tomorrow cardio!!!
