Day 2
My soreness hit me around noon today.
But...I pushed through. Today was alternative training followed by stretching to improve flexibility.

May Challenge
My goal is to work out daily during the month of May.
Here's today's workout with my personal trainer:
Walking lunges for the length of a room x 2
Box jumps x 25
Sledge runs with 45 lbs x 2
Squats and arm presses
All done three times
Then I did arms and abs...
Tomorrow cardio!!!
